Fall River Veterinary Clinic is a full service clinic that strives to provide you with the best care possible at reasonable prices. We routinely care for:

Our staff is knowledgeable about veterinary techniques and products but also possesses incredible passion for their work; you can rest assured that your pet or herd is in good hands! On the rare occasion that we can’t provide the specific care your pet needs, we will know just where to refer you.

Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Saturday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Wednesday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
We also provide house calls in the Custer and Greater Black Hills area as well North Western Nebraska, South Eastern Wyoming area by appointment.

Our Policy
Payment is expected at the time of service, unless other payment plans have been arranged with us prior to your pet being seen by a veterinarian. Cash, checks and credit/debit cards are accepted.
